According to the management of the school, Opportunity exists for those who selected Salem University by DIRECT ENTRY or through UTME as well as those who did not select Salem, but have valid Direct entry result or JAMB UTME 2012 result. B. 200 LEVEL/DIRECT ENTRY
Candidates for direct entry into 200 level must satisfy the following provisions:
Must have purchased JAMB Direct Entry form for 2012/13 and then satisfy any of the following conditions:
A- Level passes in two relevant subjects in addition to five (5) credits at the ‘O’ level (including English Language & Mathematics);
Good OND/ND, NCE passes may also be considered for direct entry;
Foundation Diploma of Salem University in addition to five (5) credits at ‘O’ level (including English Language & Mathematics)
Any other Diploma from recognized Universities in Nigeria or abroad

You can purchase Salem University Admission Application form immediately at Salem University Consultancy Account Number: 2018318542 at First Bank Lokoja, then come to the University with the teller to fill the form or obtain the forms at any Foundation Faith Church (Salem Chapel) in Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja and other centres on our website, note that the tellers are subject to clearance.
NOTE: Application forms will also be available @ the selection venues for N6, 000.00 only. All completed application forms should be submitted @ the selection venues with relevant documents.
