Godly Alternatives - He Gave Me Life

I can think. I can rejoice. I can be happy. I can think and do something. I can create anything that will bring my heart joy. I can eat and be satisfied. I can have sorrows, pains and challenges too.

I know things. I can remember. I can learn something, something that will make my life better and meaningful. I know the way - I know my parents, I know my friends, I know my environment, I know the way to the kitchen and the way out of the bathroom.

I can smell. I can perceive. I can notice. I can discover. I can share - share with all. I know when I feel OK and when I am sick.

I know good and bad and I can understand the difference between the two. I know honour, I know shame, I understand both perfectly. I know pride, that it is folly. I know the way of righteousness and the way of peace.

I know when good comes and i also know how to be good and to do good. All these and more were fashioned in me since I was created. More importantly, I have a choice - a choice either to preserve, treasure and enjoy this life or to take it away.

I thank God. He gave me life and I am grateful to Him but what do I do with this gift? This life that He has freely given to me?

Micah 6:8

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God
